Start with the desk and the bag
Products that solve a small daily problem stay in use: a laptop sleeve in the correct size, a desk mat, a cable pouch, a document folder, or a bag organiser. These suit welcome kits and client gifts better than novelties.
Brand small
People are more likely to use a gift with a discreet logo. On felt, a patch, woven label or tone-on-tone deboss works well, whereas big one-colour prints are better on bags. See branding methods on felt.
Fewer, better
Instead of six cheap items, consider two good ones in matching colours. Budgets often work out similarly, and the set looks intentional. Ask recipients for a size or skip what they do not need if your process allows it.
Describe it accurately
Many buyers search for sustainable or eco gifts, but a gift card that simply says “eco-friendly” says little. Say instead what the felt is made of and how much is recycled, if your order’s documents support this. See corporate gifts.
Plan early
With rail or sea freight, plan for 6–10 weeks. For Christmas gifts, start by August at the latest.
